I am guessing that some-one's broomstick has broken down! It's super, Lewis, there are some lovely touches, for example the horseshoe in the Bus Stop sign.

From 10 years ago or more. At a bus-stop we saw a family in full Halloween garb, plus a dumbfounded older gent unsure where to look. I drew this when I got home. Might have posted it before, can't remember.
