Its the same in the UK , difficult to make a living from artwork. Just simply don’t mention your website on the forum as it’s considered advertising and that is not permitted . If you wish to inform people of your website then you need to contact the site administrators and arrange with them to advise your website. If you continue to put details of your website on the forum you are at risk of it being removed and you becoming banned from this site . This is nothing to do with your artwork or anything else just simply a breach of the forum guidelines.

Just about impossible to make a living as an artist - and most artists never do. However, while there's no sure route, the most likely way to do it is to paint your own original work. In this case, the original poster did at least provide a link which led to identification of the original - she wasn't trying to pass her version off, however she - or the website to which she linked - produced it. All the same - I don't think it was a genuine question: I should probably have removed it myself at the outset, but now and then it's useful to remind people that if you want to advertise, invest a little money to do so rather than link to a sales site.
The original, if it's of interest, was apparently gifted to Kemal Atatürk by the Russian consul to Turkey/Türkiye: and was worth seeing, whatever the reason for showing it, as an historical artefact at least.
