Great illustration and imagination.

😂. Love this Lew are they sharing with crew? Such fantastic attention to detail even the sticky fly paper and leaky pipes.

Hilarious. Another brilliant set of drawings in the continuing story.

Love the boarding idea Lew, in fact love it all! Somehow I missed day 1, will have a look through now.

What can I say. There's a fortune waiting for you out there, Lew. This is so well done and surprisingly attractive. I mean it's such a bad cruise ship that I'd probably enjoy myself, especially having a knees up with the crew. The detail is astonishing and in some ways I'm reminded of Alice in Wonderland. The uncaptain's table! *smile*

Thank you Stephen, Carole, Ron, Tessa and Brian for your generous comments. I guess they are sharing with the crew, Carole. When you do something like this you need a back story. The owners of the beat-up ship want to get into the cruise business...on the cheap. With only six passengers, the crew fit them in somewhere, and then make it up as they go along... bit like me.

Love the blonde hairdo, Ron’s red nose and the fish watching from the porthole. Great narrative Lewis.

Lewis you are a genius at this type of artwork. The characters and attention to detail are superb. Of course not to mention the hours you put in each piece you do. A love in which you want to share, thank you.

Wicked Lew. All aboard net is brilliant. (-:

Love it. Great artwork as usual.

It's all the little touches that make these paintings of yours so special Lew and they are so full of humour they never fail to brighten my day.

Lew you just get better, time to print a book of your works. I’d buy it to start with, signed of course.

Thanks again to everybody for your wonderful feedback.

Just brilliant Lewis, I too would buy a book of your superb work.

Never been on a cruise ship Lew, and this is certainly putting me off!!!!!

Brilliant ! Lewis. I've never been tempted!

Made me smile on a rainy day. Waiting for the next instalment!

Amazing again Lew, I just love looking at all the little details, even down to the rivets up the walls. I'd love to see you do this, do you plan it all beforehand?

Thanks again to those who've added comments, I'm amazed you can still find it. I don't plan every detail, Marjorie. I haven't drawn many ships, so I looked at photos of old tramp steamers. Not to copy, just see how they were put together. I prefer to draw these without reference to hand, this allow more freedom, and it's extra fun because it's dilapidated. My planning consists of thinking what's happening in each panel.

Fabulous, Lewis. Very funny too!

If you saw the first page, you'll know they've arrived at the docks to find their dilapidated cruise ship...time to get them aboard. Mixed media drawings, assembled as a page in photoshop.
