Between 1980 and 2018, Château de Pourpry was the place to be regarding painting in 
the south of France. 

Countless painters came to develop their creativity under the caring gaze of Carla, the 
former hostess. Since then, Eric and Béatrice have completely renovated the castle and its splendid rooms 
and have reinvested the magnificent workshop bathed with light.
With its 8-hectare flowered park and its green swimming area, you will have as much 
pleasure in immortalizing the views as in relaxing and enjoying the delicious cuisine of 
Béatrice, which is a qualified pastry chef.

For the year 2026, they have carefully selected talented and educational tutors in order to 
offer a unique framework to develop your talents and unleash your creativity : five 
sessions were carefully constructed, between May and mid-July, when nature is at its best.
